All superb, including staff and location. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room. There was great attached restaurant with excellent meals.

Exciting view, good service, best beds. We had a marvellous room with terrace, balcony and television. Very nice helpful staff, were more than helpful, great value for money. There was plenty of good options for continental breakfast.

Efficient location, skilled staff, savoury breakfast. Gorgeous, practical room and reasonably priced. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Ajisen Ramen couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. Heated pool too: D

Breakfast was fine, staff were nice, location was unbeatable. The room I booked was incredibly spacious and had a good bed, I slept well. I loved the proximity to the markets and the shops in San Francisco. Pool was great and there was an astonishing restaurant on site. No complaint, thank you for an absolutely amazing stay.
